The guides on this site explain a topic in full. The blog goes after the questions people actually ask around them: which provider, what it costs per month, why a stream stutters, whether a deal is too good to be true. Each post is short enough to read in a few minutes and sourced well enough to check.

What you will find in the IPTV blog
Posts are grouped by topic. The groups below show what each one covers:
- TV market: what Swisscom blue TV, Sunrise TV, Salt TV and Zattoo contain, side by side and one by one
- Costs: what TV costs per month, including the radio and television fee that every household pays
- Technology: speeds, buffering, and how an IPTV stream works, plus a glossary
- Law and safety: what Swiss copyright law says about streaming, and how to spot scams and fake resellers
- Living in Switzerland: TV for newcomers, watching Swiss TV abroad, and English, German, Albanian, Portuguese and Balkan channels lawfully
02
How the blog posts are written
Channel counts, features and terms come from the providers' own pages and carry the month they were read, because they change. Prices are left to the providers' pages, where the current one is shown. Statements about the law cite the statute or the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property. Where a fact could not be confirmed from an official page, the post says so instead of guessing.
The operator of this website also sells its own IPTV plans (see IPTV pricing in Switzerland). They are not compared in the posts, and the checking criteria apply to them as well.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the IPTV blog for?
It answers practical questions around TV and IPTV in Switzerland in short, sourced posts, while the guides explain whole topics in depth.
Why do the posts not quote provider prices?
Prices change with every promotion and bundle, so the posts describe what each offer contains and link to the provider's own page, where the current price is shown. The only figures quoted are the public ones: the radio and television fee and the internet speeds each quality needs.
Does the blog recommend providers?
No. It explains what each offer contains and how to check any provider. The operator of this site also sells IPTV plans, which are not part of the comparisons.
